I've been active my whole life. I've played competitive sports since the sixth grade, but I've never seen my abs before. I follow some people on Instagram and see all these girls with six packs. What are they doing that I'm not? The secret is simple - good nutrition, CLEAN nutrition. That's what separates the fitness freaks from the active freaks. I wanted to be a fitness freak.
Growing up, I got to eat whatever I wanted. For breakfast I would have my favorite cereals like Frosted Flakes, Honey Nut Cheerios, Honey Smacks, and Captain Crunch, and for snack I would have Oreos, Teddy Grahams, Cheetos, Fruit Roll-ups, or Shark Bites. I got to eat healthy food coming from an Asian family - vegetables, meat, fish, and fruit - but whenever we were hungry outside of the three main meals, we chose our own food. It's was all CRAP (carbonated drinks, refined sugar, alcohol, processed food)!!!
In the past three years, my diet has changed significantly. I came off of meat entirely for a month, then introduced fish back into my diet. I'm an octo-lavo pescetarian now, and I have to say that I feel so much better! I immediately felt lighter and my skin got better, but I wasn't getting enough protein in my diet so I needed to find a product that would supplement my diet and keep me working at an optimal level. I added in hemp protein, milled flaxseed, chia seeds, and maca powder to my diet, but I wanted veggies and more fiber. I was introduced to YOR Health over a year ago. I started taking Supergreens, Fiber, and MRP. I would have the protein shake after my workouts as a meal replacement. I started to feel REALLY GOOD!!! I noticed fat coming off more easily, but I also needed to workout more. I was introduced to the 8-week challenge eight weeks ago, and that's what I did. I picked up more days in the gym, lifting more and doing workouts that interested me. I started taking ice-skating classes, trampolining with my nieces, attending group classes in the gym, and signed up for different 5K races. I wanted to stay active during the eight weeks and make sure I was working up a sweat 5-6 days a week. YOR Health helped with my results tremendously. The enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and nutrition go straight into my blood and nourishes my body. It gives me the strength that I need to get through a whole day of work and a tough workout at the end of a long day. My gut is definitely cleaner and working more efficiently. I've had great results over the past eight weeks. I can FINALLY see my abs!
Living a fit life doesn't only mean you keep yourself moving. Fitness is working hard on your nutrition AND body so you get to reap the benefits of your hard work and discipline. It's a partnership, a two-way relationship that you'll only see results if you work hard on both. YOR Health products helped me get where I wanted. It can help you, too!

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
