Down 36 lbs over 15% of my body weight!
My goal was 215 and I beat my goal by 11lbs

This isn't just about the competition as it's more about a life change and incorporating YORHEALTH. My whole life I was the kid wearing husky pants, being teased, bullied over weight, and who grew up into a larger meathead teddybear. I've always had that old school mentality of I can bench 500+ lbs, I'm in shape, but yet couldn't see my feet in the shower.
I would train 5 days a week, walk 4 days a week but still was unhealthy because I consumed crappy food.
For the last couple years my fiancé has been trying to encourage me to change my lifestyle. She would send me amazing articles, talk to me about what I'm eating, always worried about my health and I would just disregard not taking it seriously. I have been sober for 18 years but putting down Ice cream and crappy food, In ones own perspective, would be harder then putting down the bottle. Nine weeks ago she said something that really hit home " I don't know if I want to marry you because I wouldn't want to be a widow at 43". I lost my father to cancer passing at 53yrs old and my mom is fighting cancer now. Tracy explained that 90% is our diet and 10% is genetics. Having that 10% negative was enough, scary, & also I was eating 90% bad food. This was a true eye opener and I am making the change as I want to LIVE a LONG LIFE. I want the confidence of my body to match the confidence of my personality.
I changed my workouts to more intense circuit training with higher reps and 1 major body part a day also briefly hitting a secondary body part. During sets I will not rest and either do jumping jacks, push-ups, and or some jump rope ( I still am horrible at it). I have been taking YorHealth products daily to help with my energy and fiber. The Super Greens and Fiber Plus have been incorporated to my new daily routine along w/ Vitamins which I never took mainly b6, b12, D3, C, & E. concentrating on more cardio walking 3 -5 miles a day. If you are from Boston October - December is bulking season and like a Bear you mentally and physically slap on 15lbs just to deal with the frigid Winters up here so this has been even a bigger challenge.
Lastly the biggest change has been what I'm stuffing into my mouth as we are what we eat. I've changed my diet completely to single ingredient foods and very low carbohydrates/starches. I only use coconut oil to cook w/ , Yorhealth shakes when I need a meal replacement, higher seed intake (flax, chia, hemp), flour has been replaced w/ almond flour & coconut flour, eating more organic fruits, also a gift of Berry Blast Yorhealth daily, veggies, nuts, white meats & tons of fish. I'm grateful for Yorhealth as it helped mold my fiancé who in turn has been coaching me. We are doing this together as she is in the sculpting competition. She is an inspiration daily and my rock. Thank you YORHEALTH and I love you Tracy Cheng.

PS- I will wait a few weeks but have decided now that I have proved my dedication, determination, drive, and hard work. I will move to a sculpting contest and shed off the rest of the body fat. I want that 6pak and hit the 6% body fat.
