Hola comunidad! Soy Nelitza Sención tengo 42 años e inicié el reto pesando 65 kg. /144 libras.El participar en el reto de Yor me emociona porque me doy el lujo de mejorar mi condición física y mi cuerpo, además de mantenerme enérgicamente saludable.Utilizo el multivitamínico, el quemador, berry blasty supergreens de acuerdo a lo recomendado, además sustituyo la cena por mi MRP de chocolate.

He logrado cambiar la forma de mi cuerpo, caminando acelerado por 40 minutos 5 días a la semana y 1 día de entrenamiento cross fit de 1 hora. Actualmente peso 64 kg./ 142 libras

Mi meta es lograr mantenerme tonificada y saludable, y puedo asegurarles que mi cabello, uñas y piel tienen mejor apariencia que 10 años atrás.

Me siento excelentemente bien y haré otro reto y otro reto y todos los que pueda, ya que me encantan los productos y sus resultados en mi.
