Currently 105kg, been eating a lot of Junk food which has left me thinking about the challenge for a while now! So I've been doing some study on different Eating plans and I've come across a plant based eating plan which I found very interesting! I never would of thought the body would get all the nourishment it needed just from Plants alone!!
I looked further into it and found that High Cholesterol foods weren't just from your fast foods, but also in the Meat such as Steaks, Chicken, eggs and even Fish!! Also from Dairy products! Milk, cheese, yogurt! I never would have thought that at all!!
So I've decided to to take a whole different approach to this Challenge and do a plant based eating plan alongside training and getting fit mainly because I want clear My arteries which would be full of plaque from all the high cholesterol foods I have been consuming. If I don't do this, I would be left highly prone to Diabetes as it's a family thing, everyone in my family had diabetes!
What better way to do it than use YORhealth plant based supplements!!!
