Hi YOR Challengers :)

This is my 2nd YOR health challenge and I am still just as excited by these amazing products!

I lost 5kgs last challenge and toned up the ‘trouble area’ my stomach! I have been able to maintain this by using the Yor health products everyday.

I start my day with a probiotic and a berry blast before doing half hour of exercise, I then look forward to my MRP for breakfast – I love to mix a scoop of vanilla with a scoop of chocolate & a scoop of Fibre! At lunch I will have a digest tablet with my meal and sometimes another at dinner depending on how I feel. Supergreens I have at about 3pm and lastly I will have a repair tablet before bed.

I have a 2 and a half year old daughter who is always on the go and I am finally able and happy to keep up with her! I love how much energy I have all day, I used to love a nap when she had hers and now there is just no need!

All in all I absolutely love the YOR health product range and can’t see a day when I will stop using them. I will not go back to my old self and am so happy to be motivating people to change their lives also.
