Hi Everyone,
My name is Eiwani and I am 20 years old. After having 2 major heart surgeries, becoming fit and healthy was something I needed to do with my life to keep my heart healthy.
I've come along way since I started this 8 week body challenge and I wouldn't have been able to do it without these amazing products.
I weighed in at 91.1kg and now I weigh 88kg. My main focus was to put on lean muscle which I have achieved and I couldn't be happier.
I would take the Supergreens, Fibre, Berry Blast and MRP shake in the mornings. Before lunch and dinner I would take the Digest Ultra and Essential Vitamins and sometimes I would have a MRP shake for dinner and after my workouts. Before my workouts I would take a Berry Blast- gave me so much more energy to complete my workouts. Before bed I would take the Probiotic Ultra and Repair Ultra which gave my muscle full recovery for the next day's workout session. I took these products pretty much everyday.
When I first started this 8 week challenge I would only do bootcamp at my local park which I would do up to 45 minutes of workout. As time went by I started getting more energy and my body was challenging dramatically which made me sign up at my local gym. I have been doing gym for the last 2 weeks of my 8 week challenge and I have been going everyday since, I now do up to 2 hours of workouts. The amount of energy I have now is insane and I'm always looking forward to going gym. To be able to get up in the morning from my workout the day before without any aches or pains in my muscle makes me want to smash out my next set of workout with no hesitation.
I can't wait to enter the challenge the second time around. Now it's time for me to get that six pack I've always wanted.
