Hola, este es mi segundo reto, a diferencia del primero ya inicier un poco de actividad física, me ha costado trabajo porque no tengo constancia en eso pero me he reunido con amigas del RETO para poder hacerlo diario.
Mi peso al iniciar el reto era de 67 kilos, una semana antes de terminar este reto logré bajar a 64.5, pero me tocó estar en "mis días" y ni modos, retención de líquidos y termine con un peso de 65.5, y la verdad me siento bastante inflamada jeje pero bueno había que cumplir hoy con las fotos.
Desayuno y como normal con mis enzimas digest, trato de q sea moderado, atún, pollo, sandwich integral multrigrano linaza, cero pan tortas, lo he podido dejar al igual q disminuido mucho los refrescos embotellados.
fruta al medio día y super greens de colación en la tarde. ceno malteada. todavía me falta mucho, pero siento q sigo disminuyendo medidas, muy contenta por mantenerme en el camino para mejor mi salud y mi físico.
