Mi peso actual es 60 kg, quiero mantener mi peso y a la vez tonificar e incrementar masa muscular. Esta parte es muy complicada para mi ya que estoy acostumbrada a tener una alimentacion sana y a realizar ejercicio, sin embargo por el stres diario en mi trabajo es complicado que pueda mantenerme en forma, tambien es cierto que con las multiples actividades del dia a dia es complicado tener una excelente alimentacion y sentirse activa y contenta.
