Hello everyone my name is Alan Cardona. When I joined the YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge my weight was at a constant 143 pounds. Im very athletic and always maintained an active lifestyle but never gained or lost weight. Its was very difficult through out my life to actually gain some lean muscle. Now its 8 weeks later and I've gained 7 pounds! I am now at 150 pounds and feel and look amazing!

One thing that was fascinating for me was the convenience of the products. Frankly, I used all of the product :). But for example I used the YOR Shake more than anything else. I have a busy daily routine and its very easy to have some on the go, I tried maintaining an average of 3 YOR Shakes a day. Also i used the YOR Vitamins as they helped me with my energy levels for those draggy mornings. For my pre-work outs I used the YOR Complete Burn. I have to hit the gym early mornings due to my schedule and the YOR Complete Burn gave me an extraordinary amount of energy. Bed time was important for me, so I made sure to take some YOR Repair because I wasn't looking forward for anything but some amazing recovery for my morning work out. I highly recommend the YOR Digestive Ultra to make sure you maintain your digestive system on track and only if your interested to get those killer abs.

I exercised roughly about 3 to 4 days a week. On a good week I'd work out 5 days. This is something I found to be very crucial if I was looking to get the kind of results I wanted. Doing this daily helped me develop a healthier lifestyle. Now it's kind of a habit. :)

The YOR Best Body 8 Week Challenge has changed my entire outlook on working out and proper nutrition. Now I have a completely different eating habits, I have been making wiser choices and that's exciting to me. Now i'm more into health and fitness and I feel like i can train Captain America. It has been an amazing experience and I am only getting started. :)
