Since I was a little girl I've been into sports and as I grew up fell in love with the gym & general exercise. I always managed to maintain a healthy weight but as a teenager I struggled, as I began to stack on the weight and fell into terrible eating habits. I feel as though my whole life has been a journey of weight loss. I always managed to lose the weight and I always stacked it back on plus more! I tried every diet and every way possible to lose weight which wasn't always healthy.

To me body image and self confidence was a struggle, a demon I have always strived to overcome.
I'm that person who's always getting sick, struggled with digestion issues, abdominal discomfort and a poor immune system. One morning I woke up in so much pain I new I had to change.

I joined the 8 week challenge super excited to start using the Yor health product line and now I take it religiously! To be honest my eating didn't change too much, I have the knowledge to eat healthy and I exercise all the time, but this alone no longer worked for me. The Yor health product line has really boosted my body back into that fat burning mode and help me bust through my plateau!

I started at 72kgs & am now 67kgs. I lost 5kgs, numerous centimetres from my body and am recovering from my training sessions a lot faster.
I exercise 5-6 days a week. This includes weight training, little cardio, and walking my dog. I eat healthy but I never held back from indulgence food, If I wanted it I had it.

My routine with the products was-
Morning-

I am so grateful to have found a product line that naturally supports my daily efforts and the results I'm seeing in such a short period of time, to me, are incredible!
I've been able to slowly gain confidence back in my body & start really enjoying the journey!
