Hello my name is Hannah Jayne Grealy and I am 24 years old living on the Sunny Coast Queensland. Throughout my journey of life I have had a constant struggle with weight and health and well being, especially coming from a family with a large poor health and cancer history.

In my late teens I dropped my body by nearly half, going from 101kg to 70kg was a a huge life change for me. This was completed by high protein and low carb diets and also cleanse and detox diets of which turned out to have quite a vast impact on my body with a series of poor health problems after attempting such poor diets.

Before I was introduced to the Yorhealth products I severely suffered IBS issues, poor menstrual cycles and hormonal issues, severe headaches, low energy levels, bloating and digestive problems and I was diagnosed with cronic fatigue and epsteinbarr virus.

Before starting the 8 week challenge I decided to try the products for a few days first. After coming from poor cleanse diets I was incredibly skeptical that such amazingly tasting products could be good for me. WASNT I INCORRECT. After 2 to 3 days on the products my IBS was now regular, my headaches disappeared, my energy level sky rocketed and I was generally a better person to be around.

My general daily routine on the YOR SCULPT was as follows;

UPON RISING - 1 x probiotic, 1 x scoop of super greens, 1 x scoop of fibre and 1 sachet of berry blast (all mixed in a smoothie like drink)

APPROX 9AM - 3 x scoops of MRP blended with ice and 250 mls cold water ( on weekends i treated myself to 1/2 cup oats and 1 x teaspoon of peanut butter addes for a snicker like MRP smoothie and 1 x digest ultra)

APPROX 11AM - 1 x scoop super greens and 1 x berry blast ( all if needed )

LUNCHTIME - either an MRP smoothie or salad and 1 x digest ultra

APPROX 2/3PM - 1 x scoop super greens and 1 x berry blast (if needed)

DINNER - either MRP shake or big main meal and 1 x digest ultra

BEDTIME - 1 x repair ultra

My exercise regime consisted of 2 x bootcamps per week in the morning, flights of stairs as I live in a resort and minimal cardio and high weight sessions.
