Yorhealth has changed my life in so many ways this is my first official challenge entered and lost 5 kg but I have lost a total of 36kg and 26kg of that has been on Yorhealth slim products after becoming a Yorhealth representative. I exercise about two or three times a week for half an hour.I think the biggest impact doing the challenge has been realizing how easy it is to slip out of the healthy way of living but having the products and the challenge to stick to makes it a whole lot easier and I can't wait to enter my next challenge in the new year 2015!!!!.Coming from a large family and being well over 100kg for about ten years now I never thought it would be possible ,but thanks to Yorhealth anything is possible and I will definitely reach my goal weight of 85kg!!!
