Okay so I must admit I seriously slacked on this challenge and even though I'm no way near satisfied with my results (my fault) I am going to complete what I started. What good is getting to your Best Body without trial and error??!! It was confirmed on Christmas when my daughter tapped my tummy and said "Mom, what's this?" The only response I had was "Happy Holidays". So happy it packed on 7 lbs.
Throughout my challenge I took CompleteBurn most morning I went to the gym, SuperSlim, Digest, Repair and Vitamins. I did notice this time around I was having some issues with hair loss and thought, it's the holidays and life is filled with make it all balance. Since I began the problem I stopped taking one product at a time and ended up with the result of the Vitamins being too much and not fully getting through my system (again my fault for lack of water intake). Due to this I fell off my regimen, even some days forgetting my pill holder, I had time to start again but I was so wrapped up in Holiday Food & Fun!
So needless to say, I slacked but I still completed my submission. I may not have the results but I have an accomplishment.
