Hi my name is Ryan Bartlett,
I've just finished my 8 week sculpt challenge. My goal was to lose the unhealthy fat I had put on, tone up and increase my muscle mass. I was 80kgs starting my challenge and finished up on 80kgs. On the scale it looks like nothing has changed but the photos tell a different story. I lost a significant amount of fat and gained a significant amount of muscle mass. My strength in the gym has also increased tremendously.
I used all products including - Yor Berry blast,Yor Fibre plus, Yor MRP,Yor Probiotics ultra,Yor Super Greens, Yor Digest ultra, Yor repair ultra & Yor essential vitamin tablets. As I was very focused in doing my best I strictly followed the Yor Health regime that came with the products.
Starting my day with a nutrient and energy filled shake. Throughout the day I would snack on yoghurt, nuts, quinoa, tuna with a fair size lunch. Dinner would usually consist of a piece of chicken and vegetables.
I noticed a massive change in my energy levels and was able to exercised 3-4 times a week for about 45-60 mins each session.

The impact this challenge has had on my life is incredible. Before this challenge I was stuck in a rut. Drinking, smoking and living an unhealthy lifestyle. I had no energy to do anything. I would come home from work and lay down on the couch with a bag of chips and dip, feeling disappointed in myself but not having the motivation or energy to do anything to change the situation. These products took effect almost instantly. I was full of energy and felt as light as a feather. I can honestly say Yor Health has changed my life. Not only do I feel 100% better in myself but I have met some of the most positive people along the way.

I now have a much stronger mindset and look forward to beginning my next challenge.
