This is My second 8 week challenge and I can tell you right now that it has been a challenge! I started like a house on fire piling on 3 kgs in 3 weeks using the complete YOR health range. After just 3 weeks into my challenge I had to undergo a hernia repair, which put me out from heavy weight training and certainly no Ab workouts for a few weeks!
I wasn't going to bother completing the challenge due to the set back I encountered but I thought this would be a great time to see just how good these products are at enabling your body to maintain a certain figure. My surgery had me on soft foods for 3 weeks and have started to eat normal again now so my nutrition value through food has been poor but I'm so grateful for the YOR health range being high in nutrition and low calorie which has allowed my body to continue burning fat. Unfortunately I lost a little bit of size during my recovery from surgery but my recovery was a lot quicker than expected. I ran a program of super greens, fiber, berry blast and 2 repair in the morning. Digest ultra and 2 essential vitamins with lunch and dinner and to finish off right before bed I had 1 probiotic ultra with 2 repair. Since my recovery from surgery I have stopped having repair in the morning but I feel that the extra dose really helped me. I also consumed super slims on various days along with chocolate MRP daily.
Now it's time to come back even stronger!
