Hi, my name Andrew Campbell from Perth, Australia.
The first few weeks I got off to a great start I didn't change anything in my gym or eating routine just started taking all the products everyday not missing them once.
- First thing in the morning,
Supergreens, Berry blast & fiber all together.
- With breakfast,1x digest ultra & 2x essential vitamins

- 12pm, supergreens.

I would go to the gym 5-6 time a week having 1-2 days off during the week only doing weight training. As I said above I did not change my gym routine going into the challenge.
But coming into the 7th week I backed off the training due to a shoulder and leg injury from wakeboarding.
I started the challenge at 76 kg with a goal weight of 80kg and more lean but flew short by 2kg finishing at 78kg I just more so leaned out more rather than gaining more weight.
But my over all result is that I feel amazing each day with so much more energy after taking the products properly each day. :)
