I've always been a sporty person throughout my lifetime, fast metabolism, happy and healthy with a lot of friends. It got to a point where I used my fast metabolism as an excuse just to eat junk food, I never gained weight but I just felt lazy, and not motivated constantly just because some is skinny, doesn't mean they're healthy because a healthy diet just doesn't involve exercising and working out, it consists of a healthy diet as well. I noticed that I was gaining weight in my upper legs. And I really thought nothing of it at the time, but then I noticed I was getting a lot of muscle spasms and realised I had to do something about it rather than sitting on the couch, or laying in my bed on my phone, doing nothing. At the start of the year, one of my good mates introduced me to yor health, a few months into it, I only really went once because I had no information about it and didn't know where the venues were located at. On Monday The 3rd November, I finally gained the courage to come back and experience Yor Health once again and was keen to begin the 8 week challenge. Gaining confidence and trying to tone up is hard for me too because I have entail health problems and end up in psych wards, so sometimes exercising tends to be a difficult situation. The way my parents lived, motivated me to not turn out like them, because I wanna work hard for what I want.
