I knew from the start that this challenge wasn't going to be easy. With the support from my loved ones and YOR Health products it helped to push and motivate me through out the 8 Week Challenge.
My Mornings would start with the YOR Milkshake, complete burn, super slim and vitamins along side some fruits for breakfast, to prep myself for an intense cardio that worked out every part of my body. Afterwards I would gain back my energy with a cold glass of Berry Blast. I worked out 3-4 times a week and every time I completed one I felt so accomplished and always wanted to push myself harder for the next one!
The 8 Week Challenge has given me the motive to take control of my health and my life! I am more aware of what I am eating and even though the holidays fell on my last week of the challenge I didn't give up on reaching my goals! I still have to work hard to reach my ultimate goal weight of 130 Lbs, but looking into the mirror now I feel so much more confident and love seeing my stomach slim down and the muscles in the arms slowly coming in!I started the 8 Week Challenge weighing in at 166.2 Lbs or 75.3 Kg and ended at 163.6Lbs or 74.2Kg.I am very proud of my progress! All the blood, sweat and tears are worth my end results!
