After completing my second 8 week challenge, concluding on the 30th of December, meaning I survived the Christmas Holidays period, I can honestly say I was quite shocked with my results.
With the assistance of the YOR health product range, including the revolutionary slims, I was still able to enjoy christmas with my family and friends.
I started every morning with my "superblast" shake - YOR Super Greens, YOR Fibre Plus and YOR Berry Blast. I was then of for my morning cardio/self development session on the bike track. This was then followed by breakfast, consisting of muesli and YOR MRP, washed down with 2 YOR Essential Vitamin.
I was then off to the gym, after downing 3 slims, for my resistance/weights training session. This would be followed by lunch, consisting of chicken breast, brown rice and vegetables. Taken with 1 YOR Digest Ultra and 2 YOR essential Vitamins.
I would snack throughout the day on scheduled meals/calories etc and finish my day with a Salmon salad.

This supplement resume, 100% enabled me to have the odd cheat meal, or drink, here and there and still beat my desired weight goal.
I always new the power of the products but was also well aware that they, and I would be strongly tested over the Christmas break.
