Estoy sorprendido por los resultados de este Reto, intente subir de peso de 76 a 77 Kgs, Comí todo lo que quise, solo me cuide durante las mañanas con Yor MRP y el resto de las comidas me permití comer de todo, a placer, eso si, siempre con un Digest en cada comida, los Probiotics todos los días por la mañana.
La conclusión es que cuando tienes meses usando Yor, aunque mi dieta sea mas calórica, mi metabolismo apoyado con los productos de Yor, no aumenta de peso, súper bien!!!
Debido a varios inconvenientes no pude hacer ejercicio en este reto, aún así, sin dieta se puede mantener salud y peso, con el apoyo de Yor.
