Before the YOR Best Body eight week challenge I hadn't really thought about exercising as something that could ever be a part of my daily habits. In my opinion I was already a healthy guy, I stayed active by helping out coach from time to time and I wasn't over weight by any means. In high school I was exercising regularly, at least once a day because I played sports year round. Being nineteen and just out of high school my mind set was that I was still healthy and didn't need to work out. Then my eyes were opened when I joined the eight week challenge.
Going to the gym for the first time in almost a year was a shock to me. I could no longer lift the weights I was able to in high school and my endurance was almost cut in half. This was a signal that I was going to have to get serious if I wanted to change my life and get back to the same level of health I had in high school. I started to go to the gym regularly about three to four times a week, working everything I could think of, arms, chest, back, traps, abs. You name it, I probably worked the heck out of it. I would have gone more, but unfortunately college work got in the way.
In my opinion working out was the toughest part. Eating the right food and making sure everything is absorbed and digested properly was a breeze because of the YOR health products. All I had to do was follow the instructions for taking the product in the box I got it in and the rest was easy. Teamed up with regular exercise I saw results in no time!
The eight week challenge has changed my life for the better and I will definitely be continuing to take the product for as long as I can.
