I would like to give a huge shout out to my roommates Nyia and Nai for pushing me every step of the way and for putting up with me. Although I did not get the results I wanted-a six pack, I have been able to tone up! Today I have a lot more energy waking up at six a.m. and going to work! Even after work, I am fully alert and focus. For my regimen, I take one probiotics and 1 repair every morning follow by mrp for breakfast. For lunch and dinner, I take two vitamins and digest ultra which works wonders! Every night before bed, I drink 10oz of supergreen along with two scoops or fiber. I also snack regularly throughout the day. I work out about 2-3 times a week for 45 minutes.
