This is my second challenge and it has been a hectic 8 weeks. I will be honest I did overeat during Christmas, but I did keep my walking up during this time.
Being unemployed and with Christmas I wasn't able to purchase the products I would have liked to.

What I did do is purchased the products that were the most beneficial to me.

I wake up in the morning and have two glasses of water. I then make my Yor Health MRP and I put my Fiber Plus and Super Greens in my shake.
The Fiber Plus and Super Greens help me to feel good on the inside, this enables me to be more active. I actually ran out of them both and didn't take them for almost 2 weeks and I felt very sluggish and lethargic. The shake keeps me feeling content until lunch time. I usually have a light salad and some fruit. For dinner I usually have a small portion of meat and plenty of vegetables. I have even cut back on potato. I have a Berry Blast before my walk every afternoon.
I must say it was very hard for me to get up and go for my walks but I have come a long way and now enjoy walking. I have gone from 600 m a day to 3 km a day. This is a great achievement for me as I have arthritis in my knees.
Recently I was lucky enough to be given a WII Fit which I use every second day. It's great as I am having fun while working out.
I am really enjoying getting out there and including myself in activities that I thought I would never be able to do again.
Although I didn't lose as much weight as I was hoping to during this 8 week challenge, I still feel so much better than I did eight weeks ago.
