For most of my life I have been overweight/obese and once upon a time I actually tipped the scales at 106kgs (237lb). I understand how emotionially & physically hard it is to not only live unhealthy & feel unfit but how much HARDER it is to actually lose weight & attempt to improve your health. It took many years of various diet attempts, starvation methods and personal trainers to get my weight down to anywhere near acceptable.
This is my second challenge entered. I am a competitive powerlifter - I enjoy it - and it's great motivation to keep me in the gym and pushing myself hard (and I love lifting heavy like the boys!) but I still want to try to lean out a little more.
I started this cycle with something I didn't have before - YOR Superslims!

Wake up
1 Repair
Yor Supergreens + Fibre + Berry Blast
2 Superslims
3 Multivitamins

With 2 meals during the day:
2 YOR Digest
4 Superslims

Afternoon Snack
YOR MRP

Evening
3 Multivitamins
1 Probiotic
1 Repair

It seems like a lot - but I was using poorer quality vitamins anyway so now I am on a program that actually works and I am actually getting my money value for! My favourite product is hard to discern, but I rely heavily on my supergreens - drink that before bed after a big night out on the booze and I'd be great the next day. Running out of steam in the afternoon? Supergreens shake and I am ready to go!
I hadn't made much change to my diet or exercise routine (and I am certainly not one to turn down a cheat meal/drink - or three!). I trained 4 nights a week. I work 45hrs a week in the corporate world, as well as my powerlifting, so the repair assisted my recovery and helped reduce the time I would limp around the office post-leg day! haha
This challenge ended on New Years so even with not training for a whole week or following any eating plan I still didn't feel bloated or gross following the Holiday period - and my photos still showed results.
Because of my heavy weight training the scales weren't showing much of difference because of the muscle I was putting on but I've always kept body measurements as for me it's a more accurate reflection of fat gains and losses. In the 8 weeks I lost not only 3kgs (6.6lb) but 3cms off my waist, a centimetre off my hips, bums, thighs whilst gaining 2cms on my biceps.
I have never been this slim! (or "tiny" in size haha)
For the first time in MY LIFE there is a possibility that, even though I do have excess skin from the years of obesity, I may just be able to see abdominals soon! This is something that I never would have thought possible prior to undertaking the 8 week challenge!
I am not only feeling better and looking better, but I am so much more confident!
Thank you YOR health for assisting me in these massive milestones. I look forward to my next 8 week challenge and continuing my journey, not only in my powerlifting road to the Nationals this coming year, but in gaining better health and reaching my body transformation goals!

Please be advised that the testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials reflect only the experiences of the customer who has provided the testimonial. YOR Health does not make any claim that such experiences are typical or are indicative of future performance or success of using one of their products.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
