Hey guys I'm Kingi I'm joining the challenge to lose weight and get lean muscle mass .
I've never really considered my health growing up until a few months ago when I stepped on the scales for the first time in ages I was tipping the scales at 112 kg and just looking super unhealthy I had super man-boobs and my love handles got a bit to much loving. All I use to do was binge drink every weekend take away meals nearly every night and just all out leading a unhealthy lifestyle. Until one day a flick just switched in my head and I just started easing my way into a healthier lifestyle I joined the gym started getting more active started to gradually eat better and then I started losing weight and now I've got to where I am now that was a challenge in its self and about 2 months ago a friend invited me over to a 8 week challenge party to share the opportunity the 8 week challenge provides I went and saw all the remarkable transformation it was really exciting stuff plus everyone that spoke and gave testimonials were so passionate about YOR health and just last month I was lucky enough to be able to go the YOR health annual conference on the Gold Coast and see all the 8 week challenge winners live really really got me excited so it leads me here joining the challenge and sharing the opportunity with everyone
