no cumpli con mi meta pero si baje diez kilos pesaba 122 y estoy pesando 112 yo en la mañana me despertaba tomaba el probiotico en la mañana despues las vitaminas, yor repair despues la malteada a media mañana me tomaba en un jugo de naranja el super greens y en la otra mitad me tomaba la fibra, mas tarde me tomaba el berry blast digest antes de comer lo hize como viene en la recomendacion cuando adquieres el paquete lo que mas me gusto del reto fue que hazia aproximadamente como 7 años que no hazia ejercicio y esto me motivo a inscribirme al gym y me siento muy agusto y feliz conmigo misma y a seguir bajando de peso
