Hi all!
I'm Natalie! My 8 week challenge journey has honestly been an amazing journey and transformation, not just physically, but across all areas of my life.
This is my second challenge cycle, and each time I get more and more amazing results. I lost 9kgs the first time round, this time I've toned in and summer has never been more enjoyable. I've always dreaded summer and wished I could show off a nice physique!
2014 was when I was introduced to the Yorhealth products, but it wasn't long before I realised it wasn't just about the products and getting into the best shape of your life, it was also the amazing supportive community who I now call my family. The mentorship and genuine care to not only help me physically get in the best shape, but mentally and emotionally and spiritually. I have discovered what it truly feels like to feel healthy and on top of the world and I will never go back to how I use to live or feel. I have learnt how to balance my life and constantly strive for all that I want to become.
I used the sculpt and fibre during my 8 weeks, and it wasn't long after starting I saw results.
My workouts include strength training on my own 3 times a week and 1 session a week with my trainer.

The quality of sleep from having repair before bed has improved enormous amounts, and my recovery time is even quicker from my workouts.
On top of that I am finding I am no longer needing as much sleep as I used to! Which allows me more time to enjoy living life and not wasting it in bed!
The probiotics have also helped with my digestive issues I was experiencing before. It would often take several days of bloating before the sluggish feeling would dissipate, I now no longer have any issues with feeling sluggish! I wake up and feel amazing!
