Debido a mis horarios mi actividad física no puede ser mucha, estas 8 semanas me he concentrado en caminar 3 horas a las semana y correr por lo menos otras 2, ya que el ejercicio de la caminata es mi favorito. Me propuse definir musculo y bajar tallas pero estas 8 semanas no lo logre del todo, solo logre definir un poco más el pecho y bajar unos centímetros de cintura.

Me levanto a las 7 am para salir a caminar 1 hora y correr por lo menos media hora, después me tomo mi MRP con unas cucharadas de YOR Fibra. Antes de dormir procuro tomarme mi Supergreens con jugo de naranja para lograr una máxima relajación antes de dormir después de tomarme mis YOR Probiotics.
