After getting in great shape in my last challenge, my goal was to maintain my lean physique and healthy lifestyle habits.

For me this was easy to do as the YOR Health products taste and make me feel so good.

I used the full YOR Health Australia product Range every day. And followed the YOR Health meal plan guidelines.

I did light excercise atleast 4 times a week. Mostly weights at the gym and also some jogging.

For me now that it is 2015 a new year, I just want to share these great products with as many people as possible, so they can enjoy a better quality of health and life through perfect nutrition.
