Ha sido una reto para aprender. Nunca pensé que iba a seguir con disciplina de ejercicio y que me iba a gustar.

Sobre todo aprendí que las malas comidas en verdad te afectan, azúcares, harinas y alcohol. Me quedó súper claro que el resultado es 80% comida 20% ejercicio porque nunca dejé de hacer ejercicio.

Pero bueno aprendí para la siguiente.

Lo que hice fue tomarme el YOR MRP en las noches sustituyendo la cena las primeras 4 semanas y las últimas cuatro también sustituí el desayuno. También tomé diario YOR Essential Vitamins, YOR Repair y YOR Digest Ultra. Los demás productos fueron muy de vez en cuando.

Ya esto listo para sacar lo mejor para el siguiente ciclo.
