This is now my second challenge I have successfully finished. Prior to yorhealth I weighed in at 108kg and managed to get down to 90 leading into this challenge. Still I had massive issues based around my physical appearance, this lead to negative thinking which in turn meant many areas of my life suffered. In this last challenge I was able to lose much of my unwanted body fat dropping from just over 90kg's to just under 85kgs I have built some extra muscle and am feeling incredible about myself :)
I use all the products as recommended but even increased my berry blast and mrp's usage in the final two weeks. This has been the first summer holidays since I was 12 years old where I felt comfortable down the beach with my shirt off. Thank you yorhealth you have changed my life!!!!
