I started the YOR health challenge thanks to my amazing sister Bianca. After seeing her results from taking the products I couldn't wait to try them for myself.

I have been exercising 4-5 times per week for the last 6 months now and have been struggling to get a more toned and healthy body shape that I wanted.

I have never taken supplements, protein shakes or vitamins before in my life because it always seemed way too complicated and I never knew what brands were the best or when I should be taking them.

After doing my first order of the YOR health products and starting my 8-week sculpt challenge straight away I am so excited and pleased by my results that I achieved in such a short amount of time!

I love how all of the information is so easy to understand and set out for you to take. After taking the products for only a couple of days I had my routine organised and it was so easy to follow for the 8 weeks.

Here is my routine;

Morning;
1 x probiotic
1 x scoop of greens, fibre and a berry blast mixed together

After my workout I would take my MRP protein shake

Lunch;
2 x vitamins
1 x digest ultra

Afternoon;
MRP protein shake

Dinner;
2 x vitamins
1 x digest ultra

Bedtime;
1 x repair ultra

Doing the challenge over Christmas and New Years Eve was always going to be tough, I still went out to parties and had the occasional drink and sometimes sneaked a naughty kebab at 2am. But always knowing in my mind that I was in the challenge motivated me to keep exercising and stick to my routine.

I ended up losing 3.3kg! and many centimetres off my waist and gained muscle all over my body. I am so happy with my results and will definitely continue using the products.

After friends and family have seen my results I can't wait to start my next challenge with them and continue on my journey to being fit and healthy :-)
