In order to reach my final weight, I used the entire YOR Health product line. My breakfast was a mix of YOR Chocolate Shake, YOR Fiber Plus, YOR Supergreens. I ate lunch and dinner like normal while taking 2-3 YOR Digest Ultra. When I woke up in the morning I took 1 YOR Probiotics and 3 YOR Repair. I worked out every other day, alternating exercises. One day was chest, the next was back and shoulders, and the third day was arms, bi's and triceps. I would do an ab workout once a week. Because of the YOR Best Body Challenge, I now can say that I have the best body I've ever had in my life. I am benching more than I have ever done so before, and my body has never looked this great. I spend more time in the bathroom just because I'm looking at myself in the mirror more. It might sound vain and narcissistic, but I'm proud of what I've accomplished. I can't wait to reach my ultimate goal of 175 pounds and less than 10% body fat.
