Well this challenge was harder then i thought specially it was over Christmas and new year. I did not loose any weight but i lost 37.5 cm from various parts of my body . I got up 3 times a week at 5.00am to go to the Gym then take the dog for a walk for another 45 min. before work. I also walk the dog twice a day every day. I start the day with Supergreens and Fiber . After a work out I have a Protein Shake. I have the Vitamins and Digest for Lunch and Dinner and Probiothics and Repair before bed.
I have been taking the Products for a while and i have never felt better.
I will keep up the Gym and continue with my weight loss challenge
