I had been taking the yor products inconsistently for about 2 years before I entered the challenge. Finally being held accountable motivated me to take the products consistently and I stopped getting sick and having no energy all the time, thus leaving me at a plateau with my body.
During my challenge I took greens every day in the morning, berry blast for an extra boost when I needed it and probiotics and repairs before bed.
My diet was mostly clean but I indulged as much as i wanted and still have seen and felt amazing results.
I exercised at least 5 times a week, this included weight sessions, ab workouts and HIIT training. While also balancing myself with a yoga class each week.
Since completing the challenge I have felt more confident in every aspect of my life. I know it is now possible to work 48 hour weeks and still have energy to stay fit and healthy if I stay focused and use the products consistently. I would just like to thank my brothers for getting me on the products and challenge, as well as our amazing group of friends. I live a life of abundance and could not be more thankful!
