My before weight was 84 kgs and my after weight is 77 kgs. I lost a total of 7 kgs.
I used all the products except for the super slim. I took these products on a daily basis. Sometimes I would take the MRP and the fibre twice in one day. I took the vitamins 3 times daily, the berry blast 3 times daily and the digest with every meal. I also took the repair every morning and every night.
For the first 4 weeks I was exercising for 1 hour 4 days out of a week, just walking or training circuits. For the last 4 weeks I have been going to gym for 1 hour 5 days a week doing walking and weights.
