I’ve always struggled with my weight, ever since my early childhood. Throughout all my years of schooling, it could easily be said that it is what played the biggest role in holding back my confidence.
Not being a sporty person, it was very hard to find motivation to exercise. That, combined with my passion for cooking and working in the Hospitality industry, is a nightmare for anyone trying to shed those unwanted pounds. Food is literally everywhere.
When I was younger, I never used to skip breakfast. As the years went by, I got lazy, I’m not sure why, but I did. It seemed like such an effort to get up earlier to make breakfast. Those few extra minutes in bed really feel like they count for something when you work 12-14 hour days on occasion.
As a result of this, I would usually end up pigging out in one big lunch meal because I was so famished. As for dinner, the thought of having to prepare a meal once home from work, at around Midnight, was out of the question. And I think it’s safe to say that options for buying food at that hour aren’t the greatest.
With that being said, I can honestly tell you that the YOR MRP Shake was the absolute solution to my horrible eating habits. At first I was sceptical, I’d tried several other plans/diets/programs, but I finally found something that came through for me. It was so much easier, it’s not even funny. 3 Scoops in a shaker full of water and BOOM! Breakfast was done in under a minute. Same goes for dinner. Not to mention they taste amazing! It was something I looked forward to consuming daily. They were undoubtedly my MVPs.
My Regimen was as follows:
1x YOR Repair and 1x YOR Probiotics upon waking
1x YOR Shake and 1x YOR Berry Blast for Breakfast
2x Super Slim Capsules, before a healthy balanced lunch, with 1x YOR Digest
And 1x YOR Shake at Dinner
In between were many nutritious fruit, veg and nut snacks. With cardio workouts 3 times a week.
To be honest, I can’t even remember the last time I was under 100kg, but I am 21 years of age now, and I can tell you that it was definitely long overdue. After eight weeks of the YOR Best Body Challenge, I dropped from 110kgs to 98kgs, and I’m feeling the greatest I have in a long time. If only I stumbled upon YOR Health products sooner.
However, this is only the beginning of my journey. I can’t wait to challenge myself even more with the help of YOR Health, and hopefully bring along some others for the ride too!
“Do something today that your future self will thank you for…”
Thanks YOR Health
