Hello everyone my name is Cheemong Yang before I got started with YorHealth I was just a normal guy going to work from 9-5 like most people out there. I never really thought about my health. I always thought that I was healthy or in shape. I finally noticed that I was sweating a lot more than I usually do. I finally told myself that maybe I'm not what I thought that I was. With the help of my friends from YorHealth, I got on the product right away. I used these awesome products: Yor MRP, Yor digest, Yor probiotics, Yor essential vitamins, Yor super greens, Yor berry blast, Yor muscle energy and Yor repair. I also ate healthier food as well. I start off my mornings with Yor probiotics and Yor repair, then I would take Yor super greens mixed with Yor berry blast to start off my workouts. After 2 hours at the gym I finish my work out with an MRP and a muscle energy. Lunch time comes around and I eat a healthy meal along with a digest and two essential vitamins. Between lunch and dinner I would take an MRP and a super greens mixed with a berry blast. With dinner I would take a digest with 2 essential vitamins and before bed I would take a repair so I can start the next day over again with energy. I weighed 180lbs before I started this 8 week challenge. After just a couple of days using these great products I noticed that I felt lighter in my gut and my digestive track felt like it was actually working the way it's supposed to. This challenge also gave me a push to go out and do some exercise. I've only lost 5lbs but I feel like I'm a whole new person, slimmer around the waist and having more energy throughout the day.
