Hi my name is ryan finishing the 8 week challenge I have come to love the products. I'm a tradie so early morning is what I'm challenge with along with depleted energy levels I was always struggling to make it to the gym. One week in my energy level had increased amount I didn't was think possible. I drink stupid number of coffees a day well did I'm proud to say I haven't had a single coffee since I started. I've been taking all the product daily. And been able to go to the gym 4-5 days a week. My skin is clear, I don't get that heavy feeling after a big meal, and if you have a few drinks the next day no hangover or feeling under the wealthier. These 8 weeks have changed my life on nutrition and health bring on summer :)
