Hi, my name is Jynessa Ybarra. Coming in to this challenge it was iffy because didn't know if it will work for me or I would really lose weight. I want and need too being a big girl and have to watch what you eat. believe me I'm not good at watching what I eat. My weight is 239 being this big is not good nor is it good for my back I do have back problems and yes at a young age I'm only 21. Growing and being this big was not easy I had no self confidence what so ever. I wanted to lose weight all the time but never was able to lose any. Now that I'm older and really determined to lose it I know I and Yor health can help me. I'm talking the MRP
