Hi my name is Fakate tomasi, but Tau to my friends. I. Started this journey to improve my quality of life. Before yor health, exercising and healthy eating weren't commonly associated with me. I loved to eat, play video games and be lazy. I started my journey at 182kgs. Every day I would take a repair pill and probiotics pill to start my day. Along with a meal replacement shake. For lunch I would have a light sandwich and finish with a meal replacement shake and repair pill again.I knew I was on to a good thing after feeling so energised to workout, I felt so much lighter and less lethargic. I did my best to work out as often as I could but with family commitments and work commitments I always had to settle with small in between workouts.

I could not have been more pleased with the results. I felt like I've traded 8 weeks of my life to add 8 more years to the end of it. Before this journey my outlook was very negative and very bleak. I had no goals and no ambitions. I'm now able to run with my kids and able to do more around home to help my wife. I owe so much to these products. I love working out and the repair pill.

Hopefully I can use this story to inspire others to achieve their goals and full there dreams.

My final weight is now 159kgs. I have ambitions to lose more and with these products I feel like this is finally going to work. I have a brighter view to my future. THANK YOU YORHEALTH
