Hey!!

My name is Jai O'Flaherty and the 8 week challenge has changed my health!!

From a desire to body build and increase muscle I have been spending close to 300$ a week on food and eating like an absolute horse. Over a period of time my digestion was slow and I felt that I had no real energy to take on the day and be the vibrant person that is full of boundless energy that I love to be.

Since taking the YOR health products. The greens, fibre, probiotic, repair, shake, and digest as my favourite products I love the results that I have seen and felt!!

I feel much more lean, my body feels clean and I am digesting my food like I absolutely never have in such an amazing form!!
