Este es mi segundo ciclo lo hice en las fechas mas complicadas no estaba en mi casa estaba en san jose del cabo adquirí un paquete de adelgaza y me tome todas las malteadas y el paquete completo sin hacer dieta y no hice ningún ejercicio mas que comer hasta sabrítas en la playa por eso termine bajando 2 kilos pero estoy feliz porque ya saque mis levis que tenia guardados nuevos talla 9 y al fin me quedaron
Me tome el producto de un adelgaza y por las mañanas los probioticos las malteadas nadamas en desayuno hasta que me las acabe adquirí unas vitaminas extra y me tomaba 2 en la mañana y 2 en la noche a y las enzimas al segundo bocado como me indicaron.
