I have had an awesome time on my sculpting challenge, and love the Yor Health products. My starting weight was 66.5kg, and my finishing weight was 62.5kg. Each day I had a smoothie for breakfast with kale and fruit, nuts and seeds as I had been doing before the challenge, but I also had the Yor Health Repair before breakfast and went to the gym every second day. For lunch I had one of the delicious Yor Health shakes which are very satisfying as well as quite yummy. Then mid afternoon a Yor Health Supergreens with a Berry Blast helped me to stay alert and get through the day especially when I was working until 6.30 or 7.00pm. Then I would have whatever I wanted for dinner as well as a Yor Health Digest. I did however cut out alcohol and dessert but occasionally allowed myself a treat. During the Christmas New Year period I did allow myself to have the usual Christmas dinner and drinks and celebrated New Year's Eve with a few drinks so did not feel deprived at all. I came very close to my goal weight (missed by 0.5kg) and would have reached it if I had not indulged on these occasions but I am so happy to have been able to do both (The Challenge and enjoy Christmas/New Year). I still plan on keeping up with my program and enjoying the great products that Yor Health has to offer.
