This is my second 8 week challenge, the first one I started I didn't really commit to and I underestimated my abilities and the effects of the products.
In this challenge I aimed to maintain my weight while losing fat and building muscle.
For the first 4 weeks I was exercising 4 times a week for an hour each time. Monday and Wednesday I would go for a walk with my challenge buddy. Tuesday and Thursday we would do low intensity body weight exercises.
After the 4th week I joined the gym and started going 4-6 times a week.
Throughout the whole 8 weeks I've consistently taken all the Yor Health products, they've helped with my energy, sleep, recovery, digestion, nutrition, and vitality.
The physical changes I've seen in myself are amazing, but the way I feel is even better!
I'm satisfied with my results and what I've been able to accomplish, I will continue to keep doing 8 week challenges to increase my muscle and fitness.
