Before I started taking the YOR Health products my life was completely different.
I struggled to get out of bed each day. I attended two boot camp sessions a week but found it really hard to complete all the exercise as my energy level was so low. I didn't have any get up and go and felt tired most of the time.
My amazing friend introduced me to the YOR Health products and told me how they had changed her life. Seeing her results I knew I had to give them a go.
As soon as I received my products I started the 8 week Best Body Challenge.
My routine through the 8 week challenge:
6.30am - Super Blast (1 scoop super greens, 1 sachet berry blast and 1 scoop fibre)
7.30am - MRP Chocolate 2 scoops
11am - 1 super slim tablet, 1 scoop super green with 1 scoop fibre and piece of fruit
Lunch - a healthy balanced meal with 1 digest tablet
3.30pm - piece of fruit
Dinner - MRP Vanilla shake 2 scoops
Before bed - 1 probiotic tablet and 1 repair tablet
After 8 weeks of taking the products I feel absolutely amazing.
I jump out of bed every morning. I have the energy and motivation to easily get me through my normal day and my boot camp sessions are a lot more productive. I am also walking and doing additional exercise on my own every day.
My starting weight was 78.7kg I now weigh ........
I now really enjoy shopping for clothes as buying clothes 2-3 sizes smaller than before means there is so much more choice.
