I did it! I completed my first marathon without any issues, coming into it lacking in training with thoughts of only doing a half marathon. I had done the half last year, so I knew I could do that much. How good it feels to get this monkey off my back! I finished in 4:27 and paced myself so well that I never stopped to walk the entire race. I know that a lot of performance comes down to training and nutrition. I believe with Yor Health, I was able to make up for a lack of training. On race day, I used Muscle Energy with beet juice 40 minutes before the race and coconut water and gatorade during the run. I had a good plan to stay hydrated and replenish the electrolytes, which I struggled with so much in my training. After the race, my soreness level was at a 9. I was moving like an old man who needed a walker. I even picked up my legs to go up the stairs! After taking 10 Repair Ultras that night, I woke up feeling about a 4. This was the first time I could truly say that this product directly related to my recovery. You never truly know something works if you take 4 things at once, so I only took the repairs with plenty of water and of course I ate larger portions of starchy foods for dinner. I was amazed to get out of bed with ease, still sore, but MOBILE! I also believe in foam rolling, which I did the night before. As for the sculpting contest, my weight did not change the past 8 weeks, but I feel stronger. I would like to say that marathon training is a bad choice for sculpting! It's definitely a great way to work your heart, but it's focus is not entirely in line with the so sought after aesthetics. Just looking at my before and after pictures, I can tell I gained a lot of confidence from completing this bucket list task. I'll be back for another 8 weeks. This time, no distance running to throw a wrench in my diet plan.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of July 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.87 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
