At first I was a little skeptical about the products as I have tried different ones before with no success. But the results speak for themselves I'm in the best shape of my life, I have more energy throughout the days and I am able to complete more without being tired/ sore. I have been using the sculpt set for the entire duration and it has definitely improved not just my performance but my life, I am getting a good night sleep, recovering quicker from the gym and just happier being able to be more active. I am also enjoying the effects it's having on my body, I haven't changed from my usual routine but I am looking a lot better than ever before. 10/10 definitely going to be continuing with the 8 week challenges.
