Empezamos el reto con 62-1/2 kgs y terminamos con 58 kgs. Las primeras dos semanas desayunaba y cenaba el YOR SHAKE, y todos los productos como debía de ser. Después me aloqué un poco y ya solo en las mañanas me tomaba el YOR SHAKE y vitaminas y supergreen y me echaba mis tacos y mis cheves. La verdad solo corria de 20-30 min en el parque y hacia abdominales en la casa, pero muy esporádicamente, como 2-3 veces por semana y unas semanas si y otras no.
La verdad al final de estas 8 semanas me siento muy bien, me veo más flaco como en la prepa, eso ya más de 12 años. En el interior me siento con mas energía y positivismo.
