So ends this 8week challenge... For 1, I am so proud of myself for sticking it out and busting my ass to get my workouts done every chance I had. Starting this over the festive season was a challenge in itself but achieving results regardless is an accomplishment. Working in a physically demanding job really plays a big part in pushing myself to get to the gym, walk the dogs or go for a run or quick workout in the park when the gym isn't accessible, but I did it! Too many my progress may not be outstanding but to me, before this challenge I didn't have the drive or support I needed to get up and just get it done! The products gave more energy and focus so having them by my side was irreplaceable as well as my partner whom busted my butt at the gym every time, when I cried and wanted to quit he didn't. I learnt I can eat healthier and enjoy it, that I can still be fit and find that reserved energy storage, despite being exhausted after work. I learnt I can lift heavier then most of the men at my gym, haha something I was particularly proud of and drove me even more. I can now run faster and further. I can now fit into clothes a lot more comfortably than before and for the first time I set foot on the beach in my bathers beaming with confidence, not caring or being shy of being 'exposed'. This journey isn't over, under this extra skin is an even better, more beautiful person and I can not wait to find her.
